Capability
Hand Sawing
We offer both petrol-powered and high-frequency electric hand saws, including ring saws for deep cuts in confined areas. Whether it’s opening up a small slab or preparing a riser, we get the cut done cleanly and with minimal disruption.
Floor Sawing
Our team handles internal and external slab cutting using petrol and electric floor saws. We can cut to a range of depths, and we’re experienced working around live services, staged handovers, and active work zones.
Core Drilling
We drill clean, correctly sized holes for pipes, ductwork, cables, and anchors, using a wide variety of drill and bit sizes. Whether it’s one hole or hundreds, we keep the job tidy and on schedule.
Specialised Cuts
We can take on more complex cutting scopes such as flush cutting, bar sawing, wall cutting, chase cutting for services, or chainsaw cuts in awkward access zones. Our team is experienced working off scaffold, up ladders, and around congested structures.
Protection & Disposal
We also handle surface protection (film, tape, or barriers), slurry containment, wet vac use, generator supply, and full clean-up. Our team comes prepared to complete the job end-to-end, without leaving the mess for someone else to deal with.
Concrete Scanning
To avoid costly mistakes or structural damage, we offer Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning to detect steel reinforcement, post-tension cables, and embedded services before cutting or drilling begins.
Demo & Removal
We provide full-package concrete removal services, including the controlled demolition of slabs, walls, footings, and structural components. This can include forming penetrations, risers, or full pad removal — followed by safe disposal of material.
